Summary: Staff was very friendly. We were scheduled to go to The brand new Secrets and received No credit for an older more dated resort. Our airfare Prevented us from rescheduling. You would think they would of promo something for the switch and they didn’t

Summary: The staff in the restaurants could not have been nicer. We traveled with our 4 children ages 7-12, there was always something for everyone. They loved the non stop kid daquiris and the grill open all day with ice cream and french fries. The food was good for an all inclusive, the Pier had excellent seafood. Water skiing is included, which is very unusual. The boat drivers were the most patient people of all! This was our second visit and we were glad we came back. Come with a slowed down pace and ask the staff their names and tell them yours. Once we knew their names it was like being at a friends house!

Summary: Luv this place, just got back last week and stayed in the new One Bedroom Suites, what a view. The food was outstanding, ate at Morgan's Pier and had fresh tuna, best I have had. The waves were a little high but we were able to kayak and just relax by the pool. We worked out every morning and then did breakfast which was a choice of local food or pancakes, eggs any way you want, fresh fruit and even some British style foods. The staff were always pleasant and accommodating and we had a great time shopping in the market in Castries as well. We plan to go back next year.

Summary: Very disappointing!! Overpriced. We found staff to be unacccomodating and not very friendly (understaffed??). There were too many rules and restrictions in partucaular related to restaurant reservations and pool times. Guest services rarely answered the phone when they were called. The resort is located in a beautiful spot... but I would never go back.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in June 2008. We were very impressed with the attention we received due to the fact we were honeymooners. They set up a special menu and supper for us, we received complimentary spa treatments and champagne delivered to our room, along with a "Certificate of Togetherness" :) The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurants are excellent. There are many tours you can book which leave from the resort, and we enjoyed all three of the tours we took. We stayed for seven days and didn't want to go home! Perfect vacation.

Summary: My fiance and I decided to marry in St. Lucia and took my teenage sons. The Almond Morgan Bay Resort was wonderful. The staff that handled our wedding was excellent. We had deluxe ocean view rooms which were very comfortable two room suites with balconies. The restaurants in the resort are quite good, the staff is very friendly and helpful, service was good to excellent, the water sport sign up was easy and available, the 4 pools are great, and the "all-inclusive" aspect fantastic. Bring your own tennis racquets and can of balls, as well as table tennis paddles and balls. The fitness center was pretty well equipped. In general, a wonderful 4 star experience with a big smile.

Summary: Absoltelly amaizing,,,the hotel rooms all have beach and the entire resort view...the rooms are wll equiped and very pleasant to stay in. The food is absolutelly delicious, people are very welcoming, friendy and helpful. Overall the entire service in general is great.

Summary: Nice place for families or seniors. Good location on the island and nice grounds. Great food. If the resort is busy get up early to get a great beach spot. Joy's cruise was great the deep sea fishing was awful.

Summary: The hotel approach to the customer was always polite and friendly and tried to accommodate our requests. The Building work that as being completed didn't interrpt our break and is being well managed. The 4 eating location were very clean and too a high standard. My only comment would be is I feel they need more shelter around the pool and on the beach to eanble people to get out of the sun.
