Welcome to “On Mountain Time”,
Sit by the fire, relax on the deck at this cozy two Bedroom end unit Townhouse overlooking a backyard pond complete with a calming water fountain in summer months or ice skate on in winter months and relax "On Mountain Time". This rare find features an open concept living/dining area, a brick wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, cable and WIFI internet. The dining area accommodates 6 and has sliding glass doors that take you to a backyard deck complete with a grill for outdoor cooking where you can dine while enjoying the beautiful pond views.
This unit has a completely stocked kitchen with all cooking and serving necessities, coffee pot, toaster, blender (a must for cocktail hour),microwave, dishwasher and also has a full sized washer and dryer.
The first floor master bedroom has a comfortable, queen size (new in 2019) mattress, all new bedding which is complete with all necessary bed and bath linens and towels and has ample soft and warm blankets. Living and bedrooms include ample closet space, smart flat screen TV's. The Master bath is accessible through the master bedroom.
The second floor bedroom offers both a full size (new memory foam mattress 2019) and a twin size bed as well as closet space, a TV with access to the 1/2 bath.
On Mountain time is located in the heart of the Pocono mountains in Jack Frost. This Town home is just a short walk to Jack Frost mountain’s lifts and SNOW TUBING area and also offers a shuttle which is available at the community entrance to quickly get you to the mountain where you can SKI to your heart's content! Located just 1 mile away from Big Bolder as well and 1 lift ticket accommodates both Jack Frost and/or Big Boulder Mountains.
As the glorious fall foliage comes in, there are countless hiking trails and biking trails (2 mountain bikes are available to guests).
This location offers so much to do all year long. Truly, a spectacular location with amenities galore!. A short distance away is an indoor/outdoor water park, casino, shopping and sweet local restaurants and two spectacular golf courses for the golfer in the family. There is wonder and adventure to be found throughout the area! We are a shared community of Lake Harmony where you can enjoy the community clubhouse where you can dine, sit in the sun looking over the lake, rent a boat or kayak or just enjoy the beach area and swim in the beautiful lake. The Lake offers water sports, canoeing, rafting, rent a pontoon boat or bring your own boat and launch it at the boat launch. Near by is Whitewater rafting as well! There is so much to do – we promise you won’t sit and do nothing unless that’s exactly what you want to do. The H2o Indoor Water park, State parks, NASCAR racing, golfing, skiing, boating, sight seeing and hiking will keep the family busy all day long. Our hope is that whatever your desire is, sit, relax, curl up with a good book by the fire, snuggle with your love or go go go with everything there is to do here that you will feel “at home” as our guest On Mountain Time and promise do our best so you return home with the special memories so you will want to return again and again.

Summary: We are so pleased to have found this cozy placed for our family of four. Very Thankful with Allison for having us there., from all different places like this we’ve been before and there’s been quite a few, I believe this is the one we have enjoyed the most. We like to cook so kitchen is small but has everything we needed, location very convenient we would definitely have liked more TV options since the ones in the bedrooms didn’t work, but it was ok. Looking forward for another future visit. Thanks again.

Summary: I came to Mountain Time to do some introspective work on myself. It was peaceful, private and had everything I needed. It was well stocked with spices and linens and dishes. The couch was very comfortable. The bed was pretty comfy for being away from my own bed. It was very clean. The wifi was good. Allison checked in via message the next morning to make sure everything was as I expected it to be and it was. Thank you for a great stay!

Summary: We were looking for a quiet getaway, and this home fit the bill! The home is small, but cute and comfortable. It was so nice to have a wood-burning fireplace to enjoy on those chilly nights, and the property has a pond that had a light coating of ice and a dusting of snow on it two of the mornings we were there which was so pretty. The kitchen is small, but had everything we needed. There is just one bathroom, but it is spacious and the shower pressure was really nice. The master bedroom was a decent size, and although my husband and I prefer a softer mattress, this bed was fairly comfortable. The property owner has several games in the house, as well as two smart TV's, so we were able to use our Netflix and YouTube TV accounts. While I'm sure the area the property is in gets very busy in the winter due to skiing, it was very quiet while we were there in mid-November. The property owner gave us all the information we needed for our stay and was available if we had needed her, and the property was well stocked with essentials. This is definitely a property we would love to stay in again!

Summary: The only problem was locating the unit. The house number was mostly covered by the bush in front of it. Rained most of our stay so a covered porch would have been nice. Nice amount of supplies. Beds were comfy.

Summary: We had a great trip here. 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The kids loved playing jenga and uno every night. We loved sitting on the back deck with view of the pond and the watching and listening to the bull frogs every night. The only thing I wish we knew ahead of time was that the pool was not actually close in the development. And when we found it it was small so we didn't go. We did spend days at near by swimming lakes and water park so didn't skip a beat. Was a cute place with all the amenities you need towels dishes etc. We will rent here again

Summary: The property was exactly as pictured. A bit outdated but comfortable. My kids loved all the games, books and puzzles. However, listing was not 100% accurate. It stated that one of the amenities was AC but that was not correct. There was one unit in the master bedroom that had a window vent. First the vent wasnt attached and hot air was billowing in the room. Once we got it attached, we propped against window with the table holding the TV. The window had to be fully open to allow it to vent out. There was no AC in the reat of the unit, only ceiling fans. We stayed end of June. It was hot when we got there. I do not function in the heat and get huge headaches from it. We would not have booked this place if we knew this in advance. Luckily it rained shortly after we got there and did cool off a bit but there were periods I had to go cool off in the bedroom. We were told we could move the unit but it was a big bulky unit and there also weren't any good windows to vent it in so we left it in the bedroom. The low rating is due to this. Otherwise, the place was peaceful and relaxing.
