Positive: Proximity to Adriatic beach. Peaceful and quiet. Good restaurant on site.

Negative: Member of staff loaded luggage cart on departure and removed bagful of clothes in lobby and put on lobby chair and never brought to car. I had to pay to have it shipped to Tuscany. Luckily we were in a villa for a week in Tuscany.
