Positive: The view to the lake is gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The transportation to the interlaken ost station was direct and easy. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great.
Negative: Not in the hotel but the city closes down early around 6pm

Positive: The location is very good, right next to the lake. And with the bus really close by with connection to Interlaken. The room was confortable. Breakfast has different options. I had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good. All the staff was always super nice and helpfull.

Positive: - best part of hotel was balcony with lake view in a beautiful, quiet town about 10 minutes from crowded interlaken - nice amenities like beach chairs you can borrow to sit at shore of lake
Negative: - main disappointment was condition of rooms: extremely dated furniture and room, desperately in need of renovation, austere and bare - shocking for the price - beds had hard, thin mattresses and single pillow - zero room amenities. No coffee, no fridge, super bare bones

Positive: the location has a really great view. the bus stops are literally in front of the hotel, too. staff were very accommodating. I enjoyed their complimentary continental breakfast and all the free tickets they gave us. It’s sad I left this place, it was amazing!
