Positive: The room was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had a pleasant fragrance. The in-room amenities were of good quality. Parking was convenient and secure, located inside an indoor garage. All the staff were excellent — friendly, welcoming, and helpful in every department. Dinner was delicious, served as a course meal with a self-service appetizer section. The ingredients used were of high quality.
Negative: Breakfast, however, had limited choices. There were no fresh salad vegetables, and the egg dishes were quite bland. No sauces or seasonings were provided on the tables. The pillows were not very comfortable — one was too flat and hard, while the other was too soft.

Positive: Overall a very good hotel. Great spa and swimming pool, big gym (a bit outdated but had everything), great breakfast, comfortable room. Amazing location
Negative: As it is a 5 star hotel, I have high expectations. We had a couple of things that made our stay a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom smelled constantly bad. We told the receptionist who acted promptly, the room smelled better for a few hours but it went back to a bad smell for the rest of our stay. Fortunately the toilet and the main bathroom were separated so the problem was limited. The second problem was with a spoiled oyster at dinner. My wife ate it before realizing it. Smell and taste was terrible and it ruined her dinner. Fortunately she didn't get sick from it, our biggest worry during the night.

Positive: Seiser Alm is a perfect destination for cross country skiing. Hotel is very family friendly, spa is amazing, including an option to run in the snow and aufguss by Kurt, restaurant for half board is cool and staff are very attentive.
Negative: Gym needs more free weights. Blankets are a bit too warm.

Positive: Very nice resturant with a great menu and wonderful staff.....attentive, engagaging. Front desk staff were all very helpful and went so far as to show us around the room, something that rarely happens these days. Great location in a beautiful area. Very close to awesome hiking and amazing scenery.
Negative: Nothing really; a bit spendy but we enjoyed ourselves. We considered it a treat during our visit to the beautiful Dolomites.
