Positive: Great location in the heart of Old Town Bilbao. My room was comfortable & spotless. It was also quiet and dark at night and I slept very well. There were no staff on site but check in and luggage storage was available at the nearby sister hotel. Plenty of great breakfast options nearby!

Positive: The location could not have been better at the heart of Bilboa's old town and although check in was carried out at a neighbouring property this wasn't a problem, the staff were great and it was an easy process despite our very late arrival

Negative: I think that the rooms were decorated and furnished in a style best described as 'eclectic'. They and the public areas could do with a refresh and would have benefitted from some simple 'in room' facilities such as a fridge, a kitchen sink and tea/coffee making. There is enough space as the room had two double built in wardrobes definitely under utilised for a short city break. The lounge on the Ground Floor was uninviting if it had a laundry I couldn't find it but this area could have been used better
