Positive: The hotel was modern, had great facilities and was very clean. It was not too big so still had a lovely feeling, but was big enough to have all the facilities you required. It was perfectly clean and tidy. The lady who cleaned my room was absolutely lovely as was security on our hotel as I had heard stories about other hotel security acting like the enforcer!!!
Negative: The waiting staff were generally slow and found it impossible to multitask even when not overall busy. For a time I thought there was a competition in the hotel to see which server could do the least work and avoid eye contact. For an ultra-all inclusive, the food was very average and showed little general variation throughout the week.
Summary: Lovely hotel with great facilities. The food and servers need to be improved.

Positive: A compact and high-quality hotel with well-trained and polite staff. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was clean and tidy. The beach, although small, is very stylish and pleasant with great maintenance. Since guests under 16 are not allowed, the environment is peaceful and organized, which really helps you enjoy a more relaxing stay. There is a parking area with a guard present, but the number of spots is limited. The food had good variety and satisfying quality. During the day after lunch and in the evenings after dinner, various artistic and entertainment programs are held for the guests, creating a cheerful atmosphere. Around midnight, the hotel becomes completely calm and quiet. The prices are relatively reasonable. Overall, it’s a good hotel and recommended for those looking for peace, order, and a hassle-free stay.
Negative: The number of parking spots in the parking area is limited. Red meat was served less frequently than expected. After 9 PM, there’s absolutely nothing to eat — even the beach snack bar only serves drinks. From 11 PM onwards, only one type of soup with bread is served, which doesn’t quite match the Ultra All Inclusive concept the hotel promotes. There are no medical services available at the hotel, not even for emergencies. Due to a small negligence, my wife suffered a serious burn from hot coffee in the lobby, but unfortunately, there was no proper attention or care — just two pieces of ice in a plastic bag, which left us disappointed.
Summary: A Peaceful Stay with Quality Service, but Room for Improvement

Positive: Weather was great, like always in Turkey. The Olive Festival was nice. Some of the staff was super-friendly and helpful - special thanks to daria from Concierge and Burak from Snack Bar.
Negative: The overall look&feel of the hotel is not for 5*. The food range was limited comparing to other hotels we've been in Turkey. The beach towels has a smell and you don't make much difference in quality (actually none) to the bathroom towels - they were all the same. The bathrobes are very old - you can see by the wholes they have... The sunbeds and the the beach umbrellas were mostly damaged. Drinks although better, despite ultra-all-inclusive were locals (even Martini and Tequila were made in Turkey ...). You would expect a lot of traditional Turkish food but most famous one were missing. Some strange rules in place regarding allowing people to go early morning in the beach and pool areas. In the evening there's a lot of noise from daily parties - you can't relax before 11 PM in any of the sea-view rooms. The concept of adult only is not felt at all in the sea area (nearby hotels were family type and you are practically all together in the water and all the noise from their pools and "aqua"-parks are hear very well in our area. Obviously the hotel capacity is not linked with the sunbed number and every morning is a chase to get a free one in a good place and for that you need to wake-up before 7 AM. The TV in the room was such an old generation - you can't connect anything with it, nore with cable nor by mirroring. The water pressure in the shower is very low in the highest floors.
Summary: Definetely below our expectations - not a place to comeback

Positive: The food was quite good. Plentiful but very repetitive.. we do t normally stay in an all inclusive so maybe that is normal
Negative: We booked. Room with a large balcony to relax on as shown in the photos on both booking.com and on their website. However when we arrived our room was very very poor with a tiny balcony. Smaller than any other in the hotel . Frustrating when we paid extra . When we asked to be moved it was not an easy procedure … we had to wait 2 days to move and we were only staying for 5 . When eventually we got the room we expected it was infact very nice . The balcony was lovely with large window overlooking the bay. Unfortunately there does not seem to be any recourse on this . Tricky as we had 2 days in a room that is very dark and unfit for purpose. Unless at a bargain price and guests are made aware.

Negative: The entertainment program needs to be revisioned. For people under 50 y.o. there is almost nothing to do there in evenings. Once or two times a week there is an outdoor party. And on Saturday there is a band concert. On other days you may get bored. The entertainment is mostly for 50+ y.o. Even though we saw how oldies wanted to dance during the concert. They offer a transfer to a club in Alanya almost(?) every day. But it’s something you have to pay for additionally (entrance and drinks). On the -1 floor there is a disco room that might be used for parties, but it wasn’t (at least during our stay). Another thing is that we had booked a particular table for a birthday dinner. But the staff messed it up.
