Positive: I was wowed by the customer service. We got there 2 hours before check in. They allowed us check in and even gave us drinks on the house while waiting. The breakfast was amazing, room was super comfortable. We even cancelled another booking just so we could stay here for another day. Location is pretty central which was great. Theres parking on site if you are planning on hiring a car. We are definitely coming back and will be staying here again. Our apartment was cleaned everyday. They have a supermarket and restaurant nearby which was a bonus. Thank you so much for making our first time in Albania memorable.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at Selez ApartHotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was just as expected. A special thank you to Lideo, who made our stay even better. He kindly arranged a free pick-up from Durres bus station when we arrived because it was very late. He was always quick to reply to our messages, gave us great local attraction recommendations, helped arrange transport which gave us discount by just mentioning that we stay in selez accommodation 😇 And the kitchen staff happily accommodated our breakfast requests. The customer service was outstanding, and everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. We highly recommend Selez ApartHotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Positive: The hotel was lovely, the location was cool. The service was awesome and the room had every facility needed and expected from us. The staff were very friendly, respectful and exceedingly helpful throughout our entire stay making our stay easy-free and smooth. The reception was top notch with communication, the bar and restaurant was on top of the food and drink game with breakfast making sure we didn't miss anything we required. Overall was a wonderful experience filled with immense joy and satisfaction. Kudos to the management and we wish you greater height.

Negative: There is nothing worth saying here. We loved everything and never disliked anything.

Positive: Great location and friendly staff. Very quiet and nice amenities include washer/dryer. Apartment was big and clean. Highly recommend! Also breakfast was amazing with many options and made to order eggs.
