A quiet, nice Granny Flat of 36 Sq Mtrs.
Check in time is from 2PM to 6.30PM. If you are unable to manage this time frame please first contact us "before" booking.
It has one bedroom with B.I.R, all linen supplied, a kitchenette with double hob, full fridge, electric frypan and crockery and cutlery. The bathroom is large with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
There is a sitting room, table and chairs, TV and a microwave.
There is a small table outside the flat and a lovely Garden sitting area close by.
We are situated in Highland Park which is central to all Theme Parks, beaches the Hinterland. There are restaurants close i.e. 7 mins walking though our local park which has its own resident wallaby/kangaroo group. There is an IGA, 2 or 3 Restaurants in the shopping centre, Pub, bakery, fish and chip shop etc. There are also buses that leave from that area and go to Broadbeach, Robina Shopping Centre, Nerang Railway and parts beyond.
CAUTION. If you are disabled in anyway with walking this might not suit you as there is a slope down from the gate so if you are unsure contact me first before booking.

Summary: Booked this accomidation for price and location, need to visit goldcoast sports center, 10 min down rd. Liz, the property's manager was friendly, and accomidating. Unit was perfect size for 2 people. On street parking in a court environment, Liz did offer carport When wild weather was due to arrive. Only down side was the entry to the unit, it's quite a steep downward grassed hill. And we did have 2 days of wet conditions which made entry and exit to the unit quite dangerous and slippery. Maybe adding stairs to the property would make it a bit easier. But other then that, highly recommended.

Summary: I liked the location & the friendliness of the owner. The only thing I didn't like was the shower as the water run through out all the tiles, otherwise it's a great little place.
