Positive: Great host, a nice interior.

Negative: The interior of the property was lovely and well-kept. However, the exterior is quite rundown, which made for a confusing arrival. Additionally, there seems to be very little sound insulation between floors; we could hear every footstep from the residents above until 11 PM and again early in the morning, which made it difficult to rest.
