Summary: There is a lot of space. Especially the garden is very large and beautiful, with lots of nice benches to sit on, two big tables, a pretty pond with plants. Flowers, trees and a wild squirrel who lives there and many birds. On the road is some traffic from tractors and such, but not too bad. Two bedrooms, one very large, a living room with kitchen, supplies. Bathroom with many hooks for towels, but the shower is a bit small. A quiet place where you can relax easily. The owner, Mrs. Schuler is very friendly and helpful. The surroundings are peaceful with hills and farmland and little villages.

Summary: Zeer nette, ontzettend ruime woning. Alles is aanwezig. Van volop handdoeken tot keukenapparatuur. Zelfs vaatwastabletten en diverse zout- en kruidenpotjes waren gevuld en spelletjes en boeken liggen in de kast.. De verhuurder is een bijzonder gastvrije dame. Wel heel slecht dat op Belvilla alleen staat aangegeven dat de straat in het dorp wordt vernieuwd, maar niet dat dat hier pal voor het huis is, waardoor elk vertrek en aankomst een hachelijk avontuur over trottoirbanden en betonranden is en je verder door de opengebroken straat moet lopen en dus niet met de auto bij de woning kan komen, anders dan om even spullen uit te laden tussen de graafmachines. Bovendien word je elke doordeweekse dag wakker met het geluid van graafmachines en trilplaten. De gastvrouw vindt dit ook heel vervelend en helpt volop mee met sjouwen, maar dit hadden we vooraf willen weten.

Summary: Een mooi verblijf in een rustige omgeving waar je lekker kunt genieten van de natuur. Het is een super schoon appartement waar het lekker koel bleef bij + 30 graden. Een lieve aardige gast vrouw waar we al meerdere keren zijn geweest.

Summary: We zijn voor de 4-de keer naar dit appartement geweest. We hebben het geweldig naar ons zin gehad. Het heeft een schitterende zeer grote tuin met veel zitjes. Dat is genieten! Wandelen kan zo vanaf het appartement. Er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving. De eigenaresse is bijzonder vriendelijk, ze wil het de huurders naar de zin maken. Een echte aanrader!

Summary: Zeer netjes onderhouden appartement op de begane grond, ideaal met kinderen. Het is een tikje ouderwets binnen (het voelt alsof je bij je grootmoeder binnen loopt), maar dat zorgt er ook meteen voor dat je je thuis voelt. De tuin van het huis is fantastisch, mooi groen en veel plaats. Ook is er een trampoline, een schommel en een glijbaan voor de kleinsten. Het huis zelf heeft ook veel vertier te bieden, zo is er binnen ook nog een tafeltennistafel en een voetbaltafel. Alles is ook nog eens in zeer goede conditie. In Sellerich zelf, waar het huis staat, is niet veel te beleven, Prüm is gelukkig op 10 min met de auto, als je van rijden houdt is deze omgeving sowieso zeer geschikt. In Prüm zijn er verschillende restaurants, een bakker en een aantal supermarkten.

Summary: - aankomst: prima te vinden en de eigenaresse was thuis. - accommodatie: alles gelijkvloers, geen opstapjes of trapjes. De auto kon vlak bij de voordeur geparkeerd worden. - omgeving: stadjes in de omgeving zijn bezienswaardig. We hebben een aantal autorondritten gemaakt.

Summary: De aankomst voelde als thuiskomen. Wij hebben genoten van de gastvrijheid en de zeer schone accommodatie. Deze is ook toegankelijk voor personen die moeilijk ter been zijn en gebruik maken van een rollator/rolstoel.
