Positive: Breakfast selection is not very big, but well balanced for different needs and focusing on local products. Warm food is freshly prepared. Food allergies and special diets are taken in account.

Positive: The hotel is in a great location, breakfast was good , staff was very nice , clean , wonderful view, restaurants and pharmacy right in front of the hotel.

Positive: Great location, clean bathroom, comfy beds. Good breakfast with very nice view on the lake, quiet room, I got a room with lake view.

Negative: Some basics missing, disappointing for the standard: no soap for washing hands, one robe in the room booked for 2. I found the room smelly, maybe because of the carpet. There is only one person at the reception, which can make the waiting time quite long. I found the check-in too quick, the lady seeemed nice but was rushing probably because of the queue: no info on the room, the activities in the hotel, the check out info, tips on the area. There could be a bigger sign at the reception to show the way to the breakfast area (which is at the end of the corridor on the ground floor), and a box for dropping cards for quick check-out. I haven't found a guide for the TV programs in the room (useful considering the channels go at least until 400)

Positive: The friendly staff, great location with view unto the lake supper, breakfast and from my room. Supper and breakfast excellent. Good stay after a through hike on one of the Swiss National Routes.

Negative: The wellness area is not a true wellness area. Needs an upgrade and better relaxing area. The price for one night stay was high considering wellness area requires a real upgrade.

Negative: We were on the street and there is no air conditioning so we had to leave the window open and the street was loud. There was no regular coffee in the room only decaf and there was no creamer.
