Summary: The staff is friendly and was perfect. I have stayed here before so was happy to stay again. The restaurant is also excellent with delicious food and awesome staff.

Summary: We've used this hotel as a stopover for flights out of Malpensa airport many times before. We're quite happy with the experience overall. Here are a couple of issues we faced that may be of help towards improving the overall experience. There should be a policy which requires Guests to be mindful of others after 22:00. We were next door to a rather noisy telephone conversation that went well into the night, Breakfast at this hotel is adequate. However, during our stay we were told that food could not be replenished as previous guests finished it all. We did manage two cups of coffee and a croissant each.

Summary: Excellent and friendly staff. Our flight was canceled and the were very helpful finding ways to acomódate us a couple extra days. Restaurant is very good and location is perfect for flying out from Malpensa Airport.

Summary: The front desk staff was very helpful and the shuttle from the airport sure made things easy after a long trip. The breakfast in the morning before heading out for the day started us out on the right foot, full and happy. It's a simple hotel but offers good accommodations close to the airport with a shuttle and breakfast. Not much to do in the area so better for a 1 night stay.

Summary: We had a one night stay at the Sempione Hotel after flying in to Milan Malpensa Airport. We were picked up by the free shuttle bus which was very convenient. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant which was wonderful. Great pizza and the best cannoli I've ever tasted for dessert. The staff were very friendly and helpful making for a first class meal. I have no hesitation in recommending the Sempione Hotel Ristorante to any traveller.

Summary: We booked this room because we had a late arriving easyJet flight into Malpensa airport T2 and then had to get a train the next morning to Lake Garda from the nearby train station. The communication before arriving was fantastic, shuttle bus picked us up and took us to the hotel and there was an offer of a free return shuttle back to the airport the next day too. Breakfast was yummy and included in the room rate. The room was very clean however we were in room 1 on the ground floor and could hear the restaurant staff cleaning up at the end of their night as they chatted to each other. We could hear all the cars driving by which we can cope with but then at about 5:30 in the morning we could hear plastic wrapped linen being unloaded into the hallway just outside our room which woke us up. Then to top it all off (and I know the hotel can't stop inconsiderate guests) but the person in the next room had a family video call on speaker phone at 2:30am resulting in me having to bang on the wall as we could hear everything being said on the call as the walls aren't very well soundproofed. He then had another video call at 06:30 - in what world is this acceptable?! I wish I'd stayed at the Moxy directly outside T2 at Malpensa airport as that would have been much quieter with better soundproofing.
