Positive: Staff was nice and helpful There were good facilities The restaurant and breakfast are good but should be improving.

Negative: Very noisy for the rooms towards the intersection. Cleaning could be better, some bugs could be found in bathroom.

Positive: The hotel was clean, the location was good for us as we had a small dog and there was a park opposite. It was a 15 minute walk into the old town.

Negative: We used the gym and it was very basic with old equipment, no mats, only 2 sets of hand weights.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here for two nights in Valencia, I would recommend this hotel.
