Positive: All inclusive is very broad, with alcohol and food during the entire day(love the gyros). Room was very nice, great pool maintenance, comfortable bed, variety of pillows. Food boxes when you arrive late. Very nice pools. Big variety of foods. Stuff is super nice and helpful most of the time. Very good breakfast at the Asador restaurant. Our 4 year old child loved the pools and the swings next to the kids club and the snack bar (even though I don’t think the ice cream was a very good quality one) which gave us all the activity we needed for her. I loved the beach area. It’s accessible through the hotel exit and had enough chairs and sun beds (unlike the pool areas). I think the hotel is doing a great effort and it shows, our general feels is positive, there are some area they need some attention IMHO.
Negative: Our vacation started when we got there at 4am from our flight, at 8am (even though the “do not disturb” light was on) the cleaning lady just walked into our room, and again at 10am when I’m practically in my underpants(despite my clear “no” yell) claiming we should move rooms (which was mistake on her side that sorted out with reception). A knock on the door should be followed by some wait time, every time. We had a gum stuck to the floor in our room(I just moved the child bed on top of it), the drainage in the shower was not that good and sometimes overflowed, 2 times during our stay the water supplied was gone (but only for 2-3 minutes). One of the kids pool paint was peeling. the hotel store charge you to inflate your pool equipment if you don’t buy it there(it’s not a lot, but when paying over 400 euros per night you should not be asking 3 euros for air). It felt like they prefer quantity over quality in the food area most of the days. Our room was next to the main pool, which played music till 23:00 (not talking about shows). The room noise isolation is bed, so if you are trying to put your kids to sleep you might have a problem(they do have quiet areas in the resort, it just was big where we stayed). Asking the pool bar to lower the volume a bit did nothing (there was 5 guests having drinks, not sure why it was that it important to have loud music).
Summary: Great for kids, could be improved for adults.

Positive: Children loved the slides and the gorgeous new massive pool was lovely to spend time at.
Negative: Pool by the slides could do with a bit of work as gravel and a bit muddy around it.
Summary: Perfect family all inclusive, amazing value for money, we loved our few days!

Positive: I have just came back from Sentido Apollo Palace and this hotel has exceeded my expectations. The room was beautiful, we enjoyed our view and loved the “quiet” pool. Summary: Breautiful place, close to the beach. Worth to stay for sure:)

Positive: We had an amazing stay at Sentido Apollo Palace and would happily recommend it to families looking for a relaxing holiday in Corfu. A very special thank you to the incredible entertainment team. Riggs leads the team with outstanding energy, enthusiasm and professionalism. Special mention also to Bena, quite possibly the second-best dancer in the world after Riggs, whose energy and talent are remarkable, and to Anna, who was incredibly warm and welcoming and quickly became my daughter’s favourite person at the hotel. Another special shout-out goes to Andreas, who welcomed us from the moment our taxi arrived. He immediately took care of our luggage and made us feel looked after from the very first minute. His warmth, positivity and kindness set the tone for our entire stay. The hotel facilities are excellent, with three large swimming pools, including one dedicated adults-only pool. The grounds are spacious, beautifully maintained and never feel overcrowded. The buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of high-quality food, with plenty of choice throughout the stay. The private beach is peaceful and offers crystal-clear water where you can easily spot fish. One thing to note is that the entrance to the sea is rocky rather than sandy, so it may not be ideal for children who love building sandcastles or burying themselves in the sand. However, it is quiet, private and perfect for swimming and snorkelling. The spa is another great addition. I enjoyed a wonderful Cretan massage that was both relaxing and professionally delivered. The hotel also provides excellent quality towels, both in the rooms and for the beach and pools, which can be changed daily free of charge. The three à la carte restaurants are a real added value. particularly enjoyed Coryfo and Asado and would highly recommend both. The mini golf course is another fantastic feature that keeps children entertained.
Negative: * Room cleaning could be more thorough. It felt as though the floors were swept rather than properly washed. * Toiletries such as conditioner and shower gel were not replenished until we placed the empty bottles in the sink. * Around some of the pool areas, particularly where there is grass, mud tends to form from guests walking in and out of the water. This can make the area around the sun loungers less pleasant than it could be. * The umbrellas on the private beach look somewhat dated and could benefit from replacement. * The children’s club was the only significant disappointment. Activities must be booked in advance and require an additional €5 fee. Children cannot simply attend the kids’ club freely, which feels restrictive compared to many other family resorts.
Summary: Amazing Stay Thanks to an Outstanding Entertainment Team and Wonderful Staff

Positive: We were on a half board option. Breakfast had variety of dishes that it was difficult to pick only a few. Kids loved it. Rooms were spacious, clean and sheets and towels replaced everyday. Staff were extremely friendly and warm. 3 big swimming pools and kids enjoyed the water slides. Events organised everyday for adults and kids. Overall great experience and will come back again!
Summary: You won't be disappointed.
