Positive: The room was newly renovated in 2025 — very modern, fresh, and comfortable. The facilities are fully equipped and well organized, covering almost all daily needs for a pleasant stay. The toiletries provided are of decent quality, and it’s clear that the hotel pays attention to small details. The room and bathroom were clean, tidy, and odor-free, which made the overall experience very relaxing. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and extremely responsive. Any request or question was addressed almost immediately, and communication was smooth and efficient — really impressive service. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel is located in a quiet spot, offering a peaceful environment with good soundproofing. Nights were calm, and sleep quality was great. The surrounding neighborhood has many local restaurants and tasty food options. You can also walk to the 卓越汇购物中心, which makes shopping and commuting very convenient. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. Great environment, high comfort, and top-notch service. Highly recommended for travelers — I would definitely consider staying here again.

Positive: The location is great—set slightly away from the busy streets so it stays quiet, yet only a 5-minute walk to the metro station and an easy ride to all major attractions. The room layout is very practical, with plenty of space for hanging clothes and a comfortable desk for work. The TV also supports screen-casting from your phone, which is super convenient. What impressed me the most was the soundproofing. Even though my room faced the street, I couldn’t hear any traffic at all and slept incredibly well. The front desk staff, especially Xiaoli, was extremely patient and even showed me the room first to make sure I was happy before checking in. Really appreciate that level of service! Highly recommended!
