Positive: We had a great experience with the lodging and host! We are a family of 4 including 2 young children from the USA and felt safe, comfortable and at-home for our entire stay. We spent a a few days exploring Paris during our stay. The apartment was just as advertised, it had everything we needed for our short stay. We had space to comfortably eat, read books, play cards, relax, and sleep. The kitchen had plenty of items to cook and eat with, good size fridge and kitchen/dining room table that handled all 4 of us. To get around, we walked out the front door of the building to catch the local bus line 74 to get to attractions like the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, river/bus tours, etc. Daily bus passes were more economical than Uber. There's a small market/bodega within walking distance which was very convenient. Our stay was exactly we expected and we would love to visit again. Overall, the area and building were very quiet. Lastly, our host was communicative, super friendly and made sure we always had everything we needed.

Negative: Nothing, everything was great.

Positive: It was a very charming studio, with every amenity you could possibly imagine to make our stay comfortable. Very clean and in a quiet area.

Negative: There is a light at the entrance that cannot be turned off, which makes it difficult to fall asleep. Check-out is too early, at 10 a.m., so we had to rush in the morning, which is not pleasant on vacation.

Negative: We could hear the sound vibrations and conversations coming from the people staying above.

Positive: This place demonstrates the efficiency of a IKEA space. It’s well thought out for the guests. The place is equipped with everything we needed and more. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. There are books and colouring books for my daughter. We highly recommend this place to travellers with kids.
