Typical Corsican style stone villa of 190m², nestled in the nature at the foot of Montegrosso not overlooked with a beautiful 180 ° view of the mountain and the valley extending towards Calvi. 220m ² of terrace. Summary: The concierge wasn‘t very helpful. We requested information about bakery and supermarket - no answer, no feedback. Aircondition in the master bedroom wasn‘t working properly. We had to insist that this gets fixed. Outsidetemperature + 30°, inside 31° - sleeping almost impossible. After threatening with bad rating and raising a claim the concierge responded, that the owner is now involved and will take care. He indeed arranged immediate resolving of the issue. An electrician fixed the problem the next morning. The overall impression of this house is good.

Summary: Perfect location if you are looking for a quieter holiday. Uninterrupted views of the mountains from the Villa and the pool make this a great getaway from the stresses of daily life. If you are not looking for a party town, this is perfect. The Villa is lovely and complete with everything you need from outdoor BBQ to 4 fridges. Friendly village with helpful locals made it pleasant to shop in the village - a little French knowledge does help. Mountain water available directly from the local fountain (Zilia water is sold in Corsica). Two good restaurants in town. Only 20 minutes down the hill on a fantastic drive to the large SPAR supermarket. Highly recommended.

Summary: This wonderful and spacious house is excellently situated between the sea and the mountains. The sliding doors , which open totally, make the Living and the kitchen part of the exteriour. Gives a really nice holiday feelings. The pool is beautiful and water temperature refreshing. The bathrooms and its showers are very good. One room has airconditioning , all others have big electrical fans. And last, but not least: the view is beautiful and the property / garden even has flowers in pots everywhere !

Summary: We loved the property from the moment that we arrived. The house and the surrounding area are amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the views. The village is very quaint and we enjoyed a few evenings in the local bar and ate at p’izzabella and la funtanella, which were both excellent. Corsica is a beautiful island and we hope to return again soon. Thank you to Patrick and Sonia for welcoming us.

Summary: We had a fantastic relaxing week at the Villa, it's no exaggeration to say it was the most relaxing week of my life! The pictures don't do the Villa justice, the views and tranquility are fantastic. It's a good base for trips to Calvi with a nice supermarket on the way, the butchers was excellent so the built in charcoal BBQ was used a number of times. Marc was very quick with any communications and a pleasure to deal with. We'll definitely be returning to stay again.
