Summary: This was our second stay at this property and we would definitely come back. We opted to pay for the heated pool which was great! Clean, has everything you need, surrounded by shopping, restaurants, grocery and shopping convenience stores. Easy drive to Disney snd Universal. Quiet peaceful neighborhood.

Summary: This is our fifth rental in Davenport area and we consider this house as a good one. Clean and well decorated with all required accessories. We ask for heating the pool and we were very satisfy and happy to have warm water for the cooler days. The less good points are the french door very difficult to lock (bolt need alignment ajustements) but our main deception was the high table and stools without chairback located on the pool patio. This table set and the long white resin plastics without cushions were not confortable at all to relax for long period of time to enjoy outside conditions. Mattress are very firm in all bedroom but some peoples likes it! Overall it' a very interesting villa that we recommend. GL

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this home. Location was excellent in nice neighborhood.well furnished and promt replies to inquires. Could use a casual reading chair in living room. Hope to come back another year.
