Summary: We liked the comfortable beds and the house was cozy and spacious. We liked also kitchen which was fully equipped.

Summary: The best thing about this place is the beds are comfortable and it’s close to park. Otherwise the owner was not nice to communicate with and didn’t leave essentials listed in description such as adequate linens. The description had laundry listed when I booked but the washing machine was broken and he did not even put a sign on it or notify me it was broken. I had a load of laundry with detergent on clothes in washer when I discovered it was broken. The worse part is there was no dishwasher, which is fine, but the owners left NO towels to dry dishes with. That’s just unsanitary. When I asked about the washer he responded it was broken immediately and when I complained he could have at least told me he purposefully didn’t respond until I told him we were checked out. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Summary: This house was very spacious, cozy and comfortable. I was really pleased to see how well kept it is. Would recommend it for a big group.

Summary: The place is very clean and organized and the beds are sooo comfortable. About a 10 minute drive to the park entrance so perfect. Make sure you know the Wifi log in before you get there because there is NO cell signal. The Wifi was nice and fast. Kyle was very responsive.

Summary: The day before we were to arrive in Three Rivers we received a message from Kyle that the air-conditioning in his VRBO was not working and he wasn't sure when it would be repaired. This was a real problem considering the weather during our stay was unseasonably hot. Kyle immediately made arrangements with two other VRBO's in the Three Rivers area to accommodate us during our stay. He was in constant contact with us to make sure our vacation was a success.

Summary: This rental is in Three Rivers, a quaint city with a beautiful river running through right outside Sequoia. The house was very clean, updated, and has a great fenced yard for our pups. We stayed during the winter and the central heat worked very well in all but one room— luckily we didn’t need this bedroom so not an inconvenience! We saw there was a space heater that should warm the room well. The living room is spacious, I would suggest bringing mats/pillows/chairs if you have more than 4 guests. The kitchen has what you need to get by but bring your spices/oils/cookware if you need specifics. The appliances worked great, water was hot, beds comfy, and great wifi! We really enjoyed this rental and we didn’t have any complaints. FYI the house didn’t provide any extra linens, like hand towels, washcloths, or sheets so if you are thinking “should we pack this?? Will we need it??” Just pack it! Thank you for making our stay great and we would definitely recommend this place!
