Negative: Shower spray slips Wrong milk type for making drinks, too sweet. Please fit new cone by door, lets appearance down. Curtains need repair.

Positive: The room was clean, the linens were excellent. The bathroom was small, but had everything we needed. The shower pressure was excellent. The bed was comfortable. We paid extra for the breakfast, not sure if we would do that again. The choices for the breakfast were marginal. The staff was incredible. I want to give a specific shout out to a woman named Isabel. She made our trip. We forgot our passports in the safe, and she made sure to look after them until we could return. I can't say enough good things about this woman. She has a great sense of humor, she's an excellent manager, and if she's not the manager, then she should be. I hope her boss is reading this, and I hope they give her a raise!
