Summary: Our stay was outstanding because of the friendliness of the owners. This is a private, family owned and operated boutique. Suggestions and information on places we wanted to see during our visit to Puerto Rico were appreciated. We stayed at this location for a week. Homemade breakfast prepared on site was great every morning.

Summary: The hotel was absolutely amazing. The family that runs the property are so caring and helpful. We were able to hang with their rescued animals, enjoy the heated pool and take in the gorgeous scenery. We will be back again!

Summary: The staff is all family and they make you feel like family too! Such great people! The rooms are spacious, clean and lovely. Breakfast is cooked fresh, there is a hot tub and pool, and the grounds are immaculate! The hotel is high in the mountains so it is quiet and scenic. It is authentic Puerto Rico! We are planning another trip in November!

Summary: Our room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked well. The morning breakfast was fresh, homemade, and tasty. I appreciated having coffee available in the morning a bit early too. The staff were all friendly and professional and accommodating. We felt welcome and taken care of. The hotel is located on a beautiful property with a lovely pool area, terrace patio, and gardens. We very much enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing, and rejuvenating few days at Serena Hotel.
