• The primary bedroom has a queen-size Sleep Number bed, and a private, enclosed deck off the back of the house.
• The second bedroom has a Smart TV, a queen-size bed Sleep Number bed with a sateen comforter set, a twin-size trundle bed with a high-quality 8" mattress (twin linens provided upon request).
• The 400-square-foot loft has a large forest-view skylight, is outfitted with two desks and reading chairs, as well as a queen-size IKEA sofa bed.
• The Loft can be set up as a third semi-private bedroom upon request (this space is separated from the rest of the loft by a door and lattice wall).
• We welcome families with young children: A twin air mattress, pack-n-play, high chair, gate for the bottom of the stairs, children’s toys and books are available upon request.
• A play area in the side yard includes a small slide, a children's picnic table and a sand box.

Summary: Super comfortable house! It's surrounded by trees, and we were visited by several deer while we were there. It was very quiet, and the blackout curtains made it easy to sleep late or take naps. It's just down the street from other houses though so it didn't feel too remote. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Summary: Peaceful and beautiful setting. Loved seeing the deer everyday!! Best well stocked kitchen of any place we have ever stayed. Great location close to shopping, restaurants and of course Duke University!! Great hosts. Laura checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was going okay.

Summary: We LOVED our stay and only wish that we could have stayed longer. We were two adults and 2 kids aged 5 and 7 and had plenty of space. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed for a few meals at home. It was so helpful to have laundry in the house when a trip to the Eno River quickly led to swimming in our clothes :) Laura was extremely helpful and we so appreciated the kids toys and board games. We hope to come back during a future trip. A full day swimming and relaxing by the Eno River was highlight as were the Duke Gardens. Beautiful area!

Summary: This property was well equipped with everything we needed. The property was quiet and peaceful while also having access to forested walking trails. We enjoyed the trails and also the close proximity to Duke med center and shopping. The owners are extremely helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Such a beautiful home in the woods, booked this stay for family as we were in town for a nearby festival. The hosts were so friendly and accomodating during their stay, they truly thought of everything! The nearby trails was an added bonus, we enjoyed seeing the local wildlife.
