Summary: This home has lots of potential and you can tell they are doing a lot of improvements to the home. They are not finished but you have to appreciate the work put in. My only suggestion would be have professional cleaners to clean property. They could remove the spider webs that are on most of the door jams. They could also use new furniture (old and not in the best condition) it takes away from the beauty of the home. I suggest high end finishing and screen in the outside sitting area.

Summary: The home is spacious and close to everything. Host was responsive and the house was clean. The only down side was that the kitchen was not well equipped (no cutting board, limited cooking supplies for those of us who do not want to eat out or have take out). Also, could not find any hand soap for bathroom, no dishwasher detergent, dish soap or sponges to clean dishes.

Summary: House is on a large lot, very private and quiet. The pond is nice and we had geese and ducks to keep us company. 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bedrooms share the hall bath and the master bath is in the master bedroom. Kitchen supplies were ok but not great. Overall there is some age to furniture and kitchen pots and pans, but we bought and left some baking sheets, etc… We ate outside a couple of times and used the fire pit by the water. Very nice! Huge rosemary bushes were great for harvesting and there’s plenty of room to spread out in the house. Check in and out was easy and no issues with security or access. Great for a small group or family. Only improvement would be to improve kitchen with new plates, cups, mugs, utensils, etc… and to pay a bit more attention to overall cleanliness. Overall, a nice place and if the weather is good during your stay, the pond and patio are a fantastic place to unwind at the end of the day.

Summary: The home had a great layout and flow for 7 of us ages 64-17. The property was private and the ducks were entertaining. Close to downtown specialty shops and restaurants in the Elm Street area plus Friendly center, a nice outdoor shopping area with good restaurant choices. Kitchen could use some baking pans and a few more coffee cups and dishes to accommodate more than 5 or 6. Home Clean but could use freshening up and definitely better blinds. Some are broken and the master bedroom gets very strong early morning sun. Overall, it was a good meeting spot for our family members!
