Summary: Great location and spacious house. I would certainly stay again. My only gripe is that the hot tub was a little dirty, it could do with a refresh.

Summary: Our family loved visiting this beautiful home and it's lovely surrounding property. The place had everything we needed and our kids played in the snow for hours. There was adequate space for everyone in our group, it was clean and well appointed and we want to return again.

Summary: My husband and I along with our two adult children, son in law and two small grandchildren came to play in the snow. The snow proved to be wonderful. The yard is a perfect play field. We were able to build a snowman, hike around the property and slide down the hills on the sleds we brought. We also enjoyed sitting in the hot tub when the kids were in bed. The view with snow and light flurries was magical. However, the furniture is quite worn in the living room and master bedroom. The biggest reason for a four star is because of a few things. First, the communication with property management was not acceptable. I reached out with questions and waited for over ten days for a response. Then I reached out again with a few more questions over a week before the trip and still have not had a response. Second, there is a terrible sulfer smell when you use the warm water. It was so bad we were afraid to bathe the little ones in it. We made sure not to drink tap water in case there was a health risk. However, that meant we had to go and buy water bottles in Leavenworth. There is a refrigerator with filtered water which we though would be safe, but when we arrived the red change filter light was on. The master bed is soft and comfortable. The queen bed with the maroon comforters was quite hard. Some people like that however. Last, check out is earlier than the standard check out. Check out is at 10:00 which is early if you have been up late enjoying the property the night before or if you have little ones that need extra time for nursing, packing, attending to and more. We saw that no one was renting the house on our check out date and requested a little later check out, but no one responded even though we asked over a week ahead. It would be nice to have more immediate communication with the owner. All in all it was a nice stay and we would stay again.

Summary: I loved the place it has big kitchen and dining but the best of all is the backyard my kids enjoyed every part of it and the downstairs bedroom my two teens felt they had their room with privacy

Summary: The house was functional and had plenty of space but we found it weird that we were not warned about the shared property beforehand. Other than that, the hot tub worked and the kitchen was decently stocked.

Summary: The house as described but there were a few issues that I would have wanted to know. The internet is pretty bad, not sufficient for the 10 people that could be potentially staying there and some cell providers have no coverage there. Half of our family had signal, the other half had none. The sofa was pretty dirty, we found old tissues and used Qtips in the cushions as well as holes and tears in the fabric where stuffing was coming out. Some of the towels provided in the clean stack were very dirty. The homeowner although very nice and polite showed up everyday in the back yard unannounced which turned out to be fine, just nothing I have experienced in all my times of renting a home before. It made us a bit uncomfortable. Also my mother in law was sitting on the porch swing when it broke and dropped her to the ground. Upon investigation we could clearly see that it was not assembled correctly. Again the stay was not horrible, but I have definitely had nicer experiences.

Summary: We loved the location - short drive to downtown Leavenworth and the home is on easy roads to get to. The backyard is big and well kept. House is clean, but we found the kitchen lacked certain necessities such as a sponge, cooking utensils and the garbage bags are fairly thin. It was great having the grill, but the propane was empty so ended up getting that ourselves, as well as toilet paper. We're told we would be reimbursed for it. There was only one roll on the rack for each restroom. It was nice to have the extra blankets to use. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Would stay again.
