Summary: These hosts thought of everything. They have the basics - cleanliness, wifi, plenty of space - covered of course, but what stands out are all the little extras they thought of, like a little library and collection of board games. For the money this is the best place I've rented on a vacation.

Summary: The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I thought was odd - the primary bathroom had a shower head but it wasn't functional.

Summary: The property is located on a nice wooded lot, with a comfortable screened porch and a deck off the master bedroom. Walk to the beach is about half a mile - not an issue for our party, but would be far with very young children or those with limited mobility. I had challenges with the wifi being very unreliable. Property manager tried to rectify, but we weren't successful. Definitely recommend for a vacation stay!

Summary: Home was clean and seems newly updated with a very well supplied kitchen. The neat round shape makes the home have a unique layout, but we had plenty of room and the furnishings were comfortable. We enjoyed the deck space, outdoor fire pit and hammock. Several game options the kids enjoyed. We did have a bit of confusion with the light switches and i believe turned off one that controlled wifi. The help line was immediately available and helped walk us through it. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. We walked to nearby beach access for sunsets (no parking at the access). Overall a great stay.
