Enjoy a perfect, relaxed, waterfront family vacation just minutes from beautiful Long Beach Island.
Large swimming pool (only open May-October) and huge entertainment deck. Lovely 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath. Plenty of patio furniture, outside deck with fire pit, Weber Grill for your outdoor BBQ, central air. Fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware you could desire. TV with Wi-Fi access, Washer Dryer.
There is 80 feet of bulkhead for swimming, crabbing, fishing, and insane sunsets. Beach Haven West community has a private beach with lifeguards (during the season), basketball courts, and tennis courts. LBI Beaches are a short 10-15 minute ride! 4 beach badges available for your use. Kayaks available for use in the lagoon. 65" TV with a cable box. WIFI available, plenty of on-street and off-street parking.
Sorry, NO PETS or kids younger than 6. Absolutely NO smoking.
Sound travels fast down the lagoon, so we kindly ask that no events or large gatherings be hosted to preserve the serenity of the lagoon; this is a family-oriented, peaceful development.
Linens, towels, blankets, life jackets, beach chairs are not provided.
Outdoor cameras (no sound) for the safety and security of our home, amenities, and renters.

Summary: My brother was getting married down in LBI and my sisters and I chose to stay here. Justine was more than helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. My two little nieces loved the house and there are parks close by which was a nice plus. Definitely would love to stay during the summer months. Thanks again Justine.

Summary: This is a beautiful house - the pictures do not do it justice. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was more than enough space for my family of 6 adults and a child. The location is perfect and the beautiful pool is a definite plus. The owners are available if needed and gracious. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Summary: Had a wonderful time at this beach house. It had everything you could need and the heated pool was a major plus. After a long day, we spent a number of nights sitting at the high top table outside with the built-in firepit. The home was exceptionally clean and about 15 minutes away to Long Beach Island. Our family of 9 never felt crowded. Owners were super fast to answer any questions. Very quiet at night and the home backs up to the waterway. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Summary: Thank you for hosting us at your beautiful home! The space was impeccably clean and well maintained and our hosts were communicative without being intrusive. The location is ideal. The nights are quiet, but fun like mini-golf, the beach, and the arcade are a short drive away. Our family of 5 fit comfortably and there was adequate room for our teen, who was playing in competitive sports tournaments in the area during our stay, to be up early, go to bed early, prepare her food for the day, and enjoy time with the family in the evenings. We hope to return next summer and would recommend this property. Thank you!!
