VERBAL WALKTHROUGH OF HOUSE LAYOUT:
When you walk in the front door the stairs are on your left leading upwards, the game room is on the right, then a few more steps on the left is the powder room.
Straight ahead you’re in the dining room, to the right you’re in the living room, then head left to the kitchen.
At the top of the stairs the master is to the left, head right to the guest bathroom, further down the hall walk directly into guest bedroom two, to the right is guest bedroom 3, followed by the laundry room.
Downstairs there are 4 exits: Two French doors leading to the back porch, one French door leading to the carport, and the front door.
Walk out onto the back patio and turn right to the fire pit, then head down the stairs leading towards the water. Kayaks are provided for your enjoyment.

Guests have access to the entire home and grounds, except for a locked closet.

+ Blue Run Run Park ~ 7 minutes and KP Hole Park ~ 10 minutes. Swimming and boat ramp. Rainbow river is 72 degrees all year round and crystal clear.
+ Rainbow River State Park Tube rentals ~ 10 minutes away. Depending where you start it could be a 2-4 hour float at 2-3 mph.

+ This is a waterfront property. Do not feed or interact with wildlife. No swimming. No pets.
+ Please be prepared for a steep walk from the house down to the water, especially if bringing kayaks or paddle boards.
+ Internet is often steady enough to stream on multiple devices, but can be interrupted by storms. Uptime is not guaranteed.
+ We have doorbell and driveway cameras. They will be on during your stay.
+ Children under 16 must wear a bicycle helmet in the state of Florida.
+ We reserve the right to collect ID directly from our guests before allowing access to the property. This is in addition to identification you may be asked to provide to the booking platform.
+ We warmly welcome guests who value a peaceful and respectful environment. Please note that parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted, and we ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Thank you for understanding!
