Summary: Beautiful views and lots of space for 5 friends to hang out for a weekend and enjoy a little nature. We made use of the canoe and kayaks to explore shorelines and nearby island. Shopping fairly close in Gananoque but your GPS may take you to visit neighbouring cottages before getting back on track to the local highways. That was part of the adventure.

Summary: Perfect location, well equipped kitchen, awesome deck over looking the lake. Nicely decorated. Lots of accommodation for 10 people. Kids loved all of the water sports and fishing. Just a little piece of paradise for a family getaway.

Summary: Overall beautiful property, accurately pictured in listing. Lake is quiet and calm. Cottage is easy to navigate to. Seeleys Bay is a short 10 minute drive and has grocery store and LCBO. When we arrived the toilet and sink weren’t working but Julia was easy to communicate with and sent a plumber the next day and provided a small refund for our troubles which was appreciated. The water is quite weedy with lots of silt. The dock is nice but it would help to have a ladder to get in and out of the lake easier and to avoid walking through the silt. It was very buggy but Julia provides bug spray and a bug zapper. The kayaks and canoes were great to have however the green canoe’s seats are broken. There are two paths to the lake, one via the driveway which is easy, however the second path is via steep uneven concrete steps that are not good for small children or older adults. Fishing was great, caught bass and blue gill. Thanks for having us.

Summary: We had a great few days. Came a few days before wedding to relax and get ready. Lots of room for 10 to 12 people. My husband and I used the kayaks available before the rest of family came. Listened to the loons on a very quiet lake. The beach is not the best for small children or if you do not like weeds, but the rest makes up for it. Well stocked kitchen and linens. There is even a small powder room in the upstairs bathroom. It is exactly as shown on the website. We did bring our Keurig but not much else was needed. The wrap around deck was a great place to have our morning coffee or afternoon drink. Julia was a great host and replied to our inquiries immediately. Would definitely stay here again if we have an event in the area.

Summary: Beautiful and well equiped house in the woods overlooking a beautiful lake. The office space was also much appreciated. Easy to get to (only 25 minutes from Gananoque). Very nice and accomodating property owner and we would not hesitate to recomend or stay at this property again.
