Picture yourself sitting on the back deck ,overlooking the River, watching the sun set in the distance. If you're lucky, you may spot a manatee, a sea turtle, a manta ray, or see dolphin playing!!! Maybe take a swim in the swimming pool, overlooking the River, or take a Bike Ride along the many trails and hit the beach! You will not be at a loss for things to do in and around the area of Palm Coast. Listed below are just a few:
1. Take a short drive or bike ride to the beach, along the many bike trails!
2. Enjoy eating at some of the local eateries, such as, JT's Seafood Shack, a short walk away. Visit the European Village, about 3 miles away. The European Village is a one-stop destination for dining, lounging, shopping, and entertainment in the heart of Palm Coast.
3. Visit Bing's Landing - A great place to fish, boat, and enjoy the waterfront view of nature. (About 2 miles away)
4. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park preserves - 425 acres of coastal scenery along State Road A1A in Palm Coast, Florida. The Park's eastern boundary holds one of the largest outcroppings of coquina rock on the Atlantic Ocean, creating a picturesque boulder-strewn beach.
5. Visit Marineland Dolphin Adventure (About 6 miles away)
6. The historic city of St. Augustine is about a 45 minute drive North . Visit Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park, visit the many eateries, and shopping spots. Also, located in St. Augustine is a Factory Outlet Shopping Mall!
7. Daytona Beach is about a 30 - 40 minute drive South. Visit the World's Most Famous Beach or perhaps the Daytona Beach International Speedway, and of course, tons of shops and restaurants.
This home consists of (2) bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed.. . The second bedroom is a nook furnished with a queen size bed and television. The kitchen is completely furnished with appliances. Lets not forget about the outside that has a deck to lounge on, swimming pool, and game room (pool table and card table).

Summary: Our stay was fantastic. A calm cabin vibe with a ton of outdoor space, right on the water. It was super clean and had everything we needed. We were able to walk or bike to multiple restaurants and Publix, and the beach was a short drive. I would highly recommend and we will likely be back.

Summary: We had a great stay! We enjoyed being right on the water! Kids had a lot of fun swimming and playing in the play room! In the evenings we enjoyed the sunset over the river and the kids fishing! The beach was a close drive! Looking forward to next time!

Summary: Perfect spot for a stay in Palm Coast. House is hidden in the woods right on the river off the main road. Walking distance to JTs Seafood Shack...good food, drinks n fun. House has all you need. Pool was a nice addition even though we didn't use much. Hammock Beach is great!! We hadn't been in a few years so gave Flagler a try, never again Hammock is much nicer all around. Only note worthy on the property was a lack of space to unpack clothes & food. The place is full and not the typical vrbo feel. That said we settled in and enjoyed. The owner was nice and responsive.

Summary: This property has amazing views and is very quaint. We enjoyed ourselves and seeing our ‘local’ friends. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the furniture super comfy. The view from the master was also amazing and the bed comfy but there are no dressers in the room and the closet is full of extra linens. The game room and laundry is shared with 2 other tenants on the property and the washer is coin operated.

Summary: On the plus side the property was clean, well equipped, comfortable, had an awesome deck to sit out on and enjoy the waterway. Location was good. On the downside most of the cups were cracked or crackled glazed, we could only find two giant sized cups to use. Some what bizarrely the washing machine was chargeable but to be fair to our host when challenged about this did offer to come over and compensate us. As to the acid test, would we stay there again then sad to say no, despite all the 5 stars above the decor and ambience was not to our personal style.
