Imagine that million-dollar view. Now imagine it that much more amazing. That's Serenity by the Lake Villa! With unobstructed and spectacular lake & mountain views, Serenity by the Lake Villa offers some of the most gorgeous sunsets that Lake Glenville has to offer. "Front Row Seating" from Upper Deck to watch the Lake Glenville 4th of July Fireworks will be unforgettable. Main floor has soaring 20+ feet cathedral ceilings, an open concept living area with a floor-to-ceiling stacked stone gas fireplace, powder room, kitchen with island/breakfast bar and Keurig Coffee Maker and an adjoining dining/sitting room. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths & a large livingroom/den on the lower level. The large living room/den includes a sectional sofa that sleeps two comfortably and a pop-up ottoman bed that sleeps one more. Master bedroom has its own private deck with hot tub from where stunning views may also be enjoyed and while working out on your elliptical. The ensuite bath includes a jetted tub and spacious shower. High ceilings (10+ feet) with crown molding on the lower level give these rooms a very open and welcoming feel. You are a short walk or drive to the public boat marina. Just 10 minute drive to the public beach at The Pines Recreation Park, the 2 Public boat launches, or the resort town of Cashiers for fine dining, boutique shopping and community events year-round. You are welcome to use our 3 kayaks including paddles and life jackets. The Highlands with all its boutique gift shops and fine and casual dining is only a 20-minute scenic drive away. Summary: We had a great time here. Beautiful condo with even more beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Very close to hiking trails and surrounding attractions, including Cashiers and Highlands. Thank you for your hospitality!

Summary: This was my first time visiting the Cashiers/Highlands area and it did not disappoint. The two unit townhouse was the perfect location to sit and enjoy all of Lake Glenville’s pristine green waters. We loved making our meals in the kitchen and dining on the upper deck. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and things we didn’t know we needed such as beach/lake towels and kayaks. We hope to be back soon.

Summary: Our family immensely enjoyed our stay at this wonderful Villa. The location was great- only a short drive to everything. We brought our boat and kept it at the Signal Ridge Marina which was a stones throw away. The views from the Villa are unbeatable. Hot tub was a great bonus to soak up the views. The villa itself was bright, clean, well stocked, and very spacious. Manny and Jeanne were wonderful hosts and very responsive. We can’t wait to return! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Summary: We love the plateau to escape the city summer and Serenity by the Lake villa was the perfect retreat. It’s close to Cashiers and all the activities in the area and spending time at the villa was perfectly relaxing. Beautiful views of Lake Glenview from every room, the deck, the generously stocked kitchen and comfortable space was perfect. Hosts were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Summary: This property is fantastic and a very good deal. The views are incredible from everywhere. The hot tub was fantastic. It’s also located about 30 seconds off of Highway 107, so it’s very convenient to Lake Glenville; the town of Cashiers, etc. The driveway is a little steep, but paved and is able to be accessed by regular cars. I also rented the connected townhouse, & we had plenty of room for two cars but I could see where parking might be a little tight if there are other guests staying in the attached unit, and there were more than 2-3 cars total. The interior was clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi and phone signal were both very good. I would definitely rent this property again.

Summary: Serenity was clean and comfortable, and close to the Marina. It was also well equipped. The road is steep going up, but it's paved. The owners answered all questions quickly. We enjoyed our stay.
