Negative: Menu not as advertised (no pizza menu even though one was emailed beforehand). Showers had almost zero pressure. Food was expensive compared to service and offerings.

Positive: Enjoyed the walk around the island. The staff were exceptional.
Negative: The food was too expensive for the portion servced. Also we didnt like the fact that the turtles were enclosed in a very small tight pool and fed chicken which wasnt their natural feed. The turtles look sick and unhealthy.

Positive: Location , they had baby sea turtles that had hatched 3 weeks ago. Staff was wonderful. Views amazing, snorkeling right off our room.
Negative: The meal plan, poorly explained.

Positive: Serenity island resort is situated in an idyllic spot with stunning views all the way around. They have a scheduled activities board updated daily.
Negative: The service at the restaurant was sometimes unacceptably slow, and they’d often not have items but the staff did not know they didn’t. The bar was fine mostly and we did get friendly with the bar staff which was lovely. To get a drink at the restaurant I’d advise getting one from the bar and taking it over.
Summary: Overall, nice picturesque island but quite pricey for what you get.
