Positive: Location was perfect and the unit was very nice and well equipped for preparing our meals.
Negative: The residents that live above this unit had dogs that barked alot. Middle of the night we were awakened by them and whenever their owners left they would bark non-stop.
Summary: It would have been perfect if we didn't have to deal with the barking dogs.

Positive: this property was absolutely gorgeous! From the minute that we walked in, everything was placed perfectly and it was a very comfortable and luxurious feel. we appreciated the small gestures that were offered around the property as well. The outdoor patio area, We utilized quite frequently due to one day of having pretty bad luck with weather and it was a great amenity to have. The beds were comfortable and the Location is a beautiful spot!
Negative: having access to a pool that is 30 minutes away is very nice and was a great little add-on if you do plan to visit Tybee Island. However, we decided that using the pool really wouldn’t be worth our time due to weather and not being able to bring drinks or food in to sit and enjoy also. I think it should be Made a little more clear on the Airbnb page that the pool is not on site and it is about a 30 minute Uber ride to get to it. The main master bedroom also gets very hot when both doors are closed. We noticed that on the very first night and slept with our doors open the remainder of our trip. However, the smaller bedroom does stay very very cold and comfortable.
Summary: I would highly recommend staying here!
