Summary: We loved our stay in this relaxing house! Everything was clean and well kept. The views of the bay were beautiful! The beds were comfortable enough that I slept like a baby and I don't sleep well outside of my own bed. The only thing that would have made it a little better is if there had been a few toys or games. There wasn't much for the kids to do when we had down time so they got a little restless. They had a couple coloring books and those where well used!

Summary: I cannot say enough about the home. It is by far one of the best rentals I have had for vacations. Sony is prompt with communication. The home is very spacious and clean. There were 6 adults and 1 infant in our party. We had more than enough room. I would highly recommend staying here if you will be visiting the area!

Summary: Great place, very clean, plenty of room for a large family.Location was good and property & view of the water were very nice. Easy to get to and many restaurants and stores nearby. Highly recommend this place for your next visit.

Summary: My group stayed here for a wedding in town. The property was decently clean, outside of garage which did need some work. We also were not able to use the elevator as it was not operational. This wasn’t a huge deal, but would have made getting settled in and leaving easier. The only other thing that stopped this from being 5 stars is the fact that one of the rooms, was not a room. It was more of a landing at the top of the stairs with a bed. Luckily the individuals staying there did not mind, but for anyone thinking it’s 4 bedrooms, it’s really only 3 and then an open space with a bed. I would probably stay here again as the price was good and location was good. We spent a good amount of our free time at East Beach which was a quick ride up the road. Grocery stores and restaurants were also pretty close, so it was in a good area.

Summary: We had a lovely time at this very clean house. Notes for families: one bedroom is on the bottom floor, and three on the top floor (may not work for all families). One bedroom on the top floor doesn't have a door. It's in the common area. It worked for us, but may not work for everyone. Sony was very responsive and had very detailed check in and check out procedures. Overall it was a great stay and I'd recommend this place to anyone! The views from the balconies were beautiful and sitting on the dock to watch the sunset was amazing!
