Positive: We liked the very central location, in the heart of Salamanca. Very easy to walk around the town, find shops, bars & restaurants near by. A very good eating place just next by and one across the small street. Car parking about 300m from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, smart TV and heating. Carolina was fantastic, helpful and very reactive to all our questions.

Negative: There is a glass door at the bedroom which is not sound proof, but it worked ok for the 3 nights we were there Also, the dinning room is quite small and just off the apartment entrance door, but we were only 2 so we managed ok.

Positive: A nice little apartment at a great location, close to the city center and to a major parking garage. An atrium is a nice bonus. It has aircon, and it worked, providing much needed relief from a heat wave.

Negative: It's more of a studio with a slightly isolated bed that a real one-bedroom. Should not be a problem for couples who go to bed at the same time.

Positive: A very nice apartment on the first floor in the centre of the old town of Salamanca. There is a lift so no lugging big suitcases up stairs.Spotlessly clean with a nice bathroom, great shower and plenty of hot water. A well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Nice separate eating and sitting area and an added bonus of an outdoor seating area. The bedroom is separate and the windows have metal blockout blinds to pull down to keep out light and noise at night. Heating and air conditioning available. The apartment is close to everything and there are lots of restaurants and bars close by including a good one just two doors away and a vegan restaurant across the road. Everywhere you will want to see is an easy walking distance away. We can’t speak highly enough of this apartment and its owner and would definitely stay here again.

The door entry system turned out to be perfectly simple, but thank you very very much hosts for meeting us. The hosts had thought of everything, apartment had everything we needed, 10/10!

Positive: Spotlessly clean apartment. Really well equipped with all the basics provided including washing machine etc. Contact with the host was easy and they were very responsive and helpful. It's in an excellent spot for the main areas of the city but still a quiet area. Fabulous

Negative: There was a little noise from an adjoining apartment on a couple of nights. We stayed for a week though and we had no problem on other evenings.

Positive: The property is in a beautiful period building and inside is modern with all conveniences. The owners had thought about everything to make our vacation comfortable and special.

Negative: There was nothing that we didn’t like. The kitchen had everything we needed the beds we’re comfortable and the bed linen even smelled wonderful!
