Summary: Nice property with all you need and great views. Be aware it is up a steep hill so walking back gets the heart pumping. Would not want to do it with snow / ice on the road or in ski boots. Parking is not the easiest.

Summary: Un appartement très agréable, très bien situé, aux portes de Briançon, idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes. Proche de toutes commodités, sa situation nous a également permis de rejoindre en peu de temps des départs de superbes randonnées (dans la vallée de la Clarée, en direction de la Grave, dans la Vallouise, en direction de l'Izoard, etc....). Les possibilités sont innombrables; les amoureux de la nature seront comblés. On apprécie tout particulièrement le calme et le contact avec les propriétaires, fort sympathiques et de bons conseils. La salle de cinéma est un plus indéniable, bien apprécié les jours de pluie. Quant à la réception télé, elle ne présente plus aucun problème. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ces 2 semaines dans cette région magnifique, que nous aimerions aussi découvrir dans son habit d'hiver. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Summary: Tres belle vue, meuble avec gout, espace fonctionnel et bien equipe (lave-linge disponible chez le proprietaire), tous les produits de base et d'entretien disponibles dans l'appartement, tres propre et bien entretenu, petit probleme de reception television largement compense par un home theatre super confortable avec un grand choix de films, Excellente situation pour skieurs avec les domaines de Serre Chevalier et de Montgenevre voie lactee sur l'Italie. A ne pas rater: la visite de la vieille ville de Briancon et de ses remparts, magnifique et la premiere boutique d'artisanat situee dans la rue d'acces a la rue principale (chapeaux insolites et rigolos, vetements originaux et doux pour femmes et enfants, recommandation de la proprietaire). Un conseil pour les skieurs: ne pas prendre le Prorel car le parking est payant et c'est tres excentre par rapport aux pistes. Pour les courses nous recommandons le Casino de Briancon et la boulangerie de Chantemerle a l'angle de la route principale et de la rue d'acces aux pistes. Les proprietaires sont tres sympas et nous ont donne de bons conseils. Grace a eux nous avons decouvert Montgenevre ou la neige est bien meilleure et plus abondante qu'a Serre Che et les forfaits moins chers, ils nous ont donne des infos meteo nous avertissant de chutes de neige qui nous ont permis de ne pas etre coinces au col du Lautaret au retour. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement, et nous esperons pouvoir y retourner pour decouvrir les couleurs automnales. Detail: il faut absolument une voiture. Mille mercis a Veronique et Christophe et tres bon sejour aux futurs vacanciers.

Summary: Accueil sympathique avec pot de confiture à la framboise faite maison ! Logement conforme au descriptif avec en plus accès au sauna. Pente un peu raide pour arriver ! Location idéale pour 4 personnes.

Summary: Fantastic views of Beçanson and the valley, close to historic center ant to Proel cable car. The propietaires are kind and helpful. Has been really nice.

Summary: Accueil chaleureux et très sympathique. Appartement très coquet et conforme au descriptif. Vue magnifique sur Briançon. Rien à redire, tant au niveau de la literie, que du confort ou des prestations. Nous gardons un souvenir très agréable de notre séjour et espérons y retourner très prochainement, que se soit en hiver ou en été.
