Positive: Simple apartment but with full amenities including refrigerator, electric hob, oven and grill, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer and smart TV with Netflix. That an amazing terrace with breathtaking views of the blue Aegian and Skiathos opposite. Would definitely stay again!
Negative: It is high up on the hillside, a bit of a climb from the Port below but the view and the beautiful terrace make up for it.

Positive: The view!! Never stayed in such a beautiful location. The rooms; very spacious and comfortable and cleaned every day. Our hosts; very kind and friendly. They picked us up from the Port and were on hand every day to make sure everything was to our liking.
Negative: Nothing. It was perfect.
Summary: Our balcony with its panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and Skiathos is something we will never forget and we will return

Positive: Having the top suite was great for a family of 4 if one happy to sleep on sofa bed. , - the view from the terrace was breathtaking. - loads of room and walking distance to port and loutraki village. Being near glossa also lovely. Owners were lovely and incredibly polite and helpful.
Negative: The double bed mattresses in the top suite were well passed their best and no longer comfortable. You can feel every spring. - both need replacing. The sofa beds were a little better but very firm. The AC in the front room on the sea view side was also failing- struggled to cool room and permanently fixed in down position. Both of these issues are very easily fixable, but both currently impact on basic comfort. With these 2 issues fixed this place would be near perfect.
Summary: Great space, views and owners, some comfort improvements needed.

Positive: Our view from the terrace was stunning. The hosts were coming to the port to pick us up and they were so lovely and friendly, they made us feeling very welcomed. Please bear in mind that there is an ~5 minutes walking on a steep hill from the sea to the accommodation. I definitely recommend it, especially for the location and the quietness around it 😀

Positive: There is an amazing view and terrace and great value for the money. The host is picking you up from the port and everyone is very helpful.
Negative: The bed can be improved, it's not super comfy but for sure it's not a problem for a few days.

Positive: The view is absolutely amazing (best view in Lutraki). Fabulous sunsets each night with uninterrupted 180 degree panoramic views of the sea, harbour and across the bay to Skiathos. We stayed in the executive studio so had a private terrace/balcony. Views from the communal roof terrace also exceptional. A friendly welcome and free puck up from the port in the owner’s car. A short walk down into the town (5mins). The coffee pod machine was very welcome, and more pods were provided when requested. I loved the split level layout and could watch the boats in the harbour from in bed, or from the living area. Great transport links - very convenient for the ferry. Regular busses around the island to the beaches and to Skopelos Town. A selection of tavernas and cafes. The local bakery is also open 0800-1500 daily. The host was very responsive to messages and offered helpful insight just to hire cars etc.. Clean towels and linen and bins emptied on fourth consecutive day. Great to have a beach in walking distance - either to spend a relaxing day or for an evening sunset swim.
Negative: The bathroom is small and very basic, and the shower was broken so sprays at random angles. The floor is always wet due to the design and the bathroom was tired and needs refurbishing. Very basic kitchen with limited crockery and utensils. Only t able to self-cater with the facilities. No chopping board, lack of knives and needs some cereal bowls and wine glasses adding to the assortment.
Summary: A great stay and would rebook in a heartbeat!
