Summary: We, a family of 4 with 2 teenager, stayed for 5 days at Le Set in 2 separate rooms. We were all very positively surprised about the quality og the hotel - everything was new, clean and nice. The sportsfacilities were all super nice. All the staff were extremely service oriented and always with a smile and helpful. The pool area was the best - with a bar and restaurant and good atmosphere. And if you like to shop - both Aix-en-Provence and Marseille is very close. We will for sure come back!!

Summary: On our first night, shower room water flooded outside the shower room, so we were offered to move to another room. Took us an hour to move our stuff which delayed our dinner. At dinner on our first night (around 9pm), more than half of the tables were vacant. Yet the old waiter of Indian decent remanded for not making reservation, stating that they had served 70 tables but only 10 had made reservations. His official reason that we need to make reservation was because “the kitchen had enough to do”, which makes no sense. It seems they or he does not want more customers! As we left the room late the second morning, we informed the reception to make the room as we passed by on our way to the pool. It was never made up.

Summary: Excellent service from the hotel staff. The rooms are new with comfortable beds, nice rooms. Really enjoyed the stay. The pool area is nice and clean with good space for privacy. The restaurant in the pool area could be better, will not go there for food. The breakfast buffet was very good. However you will be dependent on car to reach the city centre.

Summary: It’s a beautiful facility, but if you’re not golfing, playing tennis, or going to the spa, it is a little too far from the City Center in Aix en Provence. The hotel does not offer any shuttle to or from the airport or into the city center, so it’s either Uber or Bolt, which can be pricey if you are staying longer than a few days. Christian was amazing. The biggest complaint I had, was not being able to get anyone on the phone. It was a concern especially for safety reasons. Communication was through email and it was not immediate. Sara at the Spa was also amazing. Wish the hours were longer for the Spa, but understand. All of my tours were based out of the City Center, so in hindsight, I don’t think this was a good choice for me as a solo traveler. Also, the restaurant has a limited menu.

Summary: Fantastic hotel, perfect for sports lovers. Has a multi sport area that kids can use. Amazing pool chick place. The only minus is that the rooms don’t have a mini refrigerator for cooling of own drinks in summer. And not enough drawers for room number 2 in the family suit

Summary: I honestly don’t understand how anyone rated it less than 5! We had such a wonderful experience—from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Shoutout to Mylann, who greeted us at reception, checked us in, gave us excellent recommendations, and even walked us to our room! Our room, while simple in decor, had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It was clean and well-furnished. Housekeeping was done daily to an excellent standard, and the linen was changed every day—which we didn’t expect but truly appreciated. The facilities were fantastic! We loved the indoor heated pool, hammam, and sauna. Although children are only allowed between 9 and 11 a.m., when I couldn’t get through on the phone to book a spot, the staff were kind enough to let my son stay until 11:30. My husband and I really enjoyed the gym, basketball courts, and tennis courts as well. Breakfast was excellent and constantly replenished. So, either other people’s reviews were harsh, or Le [hotel name] has really taken feedback on board—because we had nothing short of an exceptional experience and would happily return again and again!
