Positive: Location is great - you have direct access to the beach club. The coast is rocky but there is a small cove which is safe to swim with children. The main beach is 10 min walk away. The garden is partly shared but there is plenty of shade and a hose for kids to play with. It is very very well equipped. The lady who did the check in was lovely. She was very welcoming and got some basic provisions for us as we were travelling with children and had a very late flight. We also had an emergency at the house (nothing to do with the property), and she rushed to us to help. Thank you to her! There is lots of space to spread out. The Lido to the left of the house is beautiful - great food and lovely view, especially at night. The beach club (which you have access to), does good food, coffee and refreshments. They sometimes have music/private events until late so can get noisy until around 12-1am. Wasn't an issue for us but it was very loud. There are no windows in the back two rooms, but these rooms are the coolest. Definitely would revisit.
Negative: The interior is very dated and needs modernising. There are holes in the bathroom walls which have been "boarded up". Shower curtain falling off, old wall lamps in the wall with no bulb. Cheap lights in the bedrooms with shades that break. It is very very dated, but for the price you pay, the location, and when travelling with kids, you don't want it all to be pristine. There were insects around, again - you're on the coast and backed by mountains. There is NO supermarket close-by. The closest is a Deli where you can buy basic provisions, BUT you can order on Glovo and they deliver to the house. This was a lifesaver!

Negative: only one room has a window. until the end of the vacation, we did not have Wi-Fi, although it works, but you need to go through authorization, and the page for this did not work

Negative: Hard to drive in and out of parking 2 bedrooms didn’t have windows Floors weren’t very clean Undercover when it rained hit the door and couldn’t leave door opened as water would come in and couldn’t dry clothes outside as there was any undercover Bathroom were to small to move around in

Positive: The location is in the very beautiful place: mountains from the one side and the sea from the another side. There are everything you need in the house for leaving: washmachine, dishwasher, toaster, hair dryer, iron. There are lot of dishes in the kitchen so you can just buy food and cook. There are very nice supermarket nearby. Also there are the stop of the bus to get to Palermo, for example, or to the another end of the Mondello beach. But buses goes not by the schedule )) and tickets you can by only in tobacco shops (the nearest is on the Mondello beach. Good that you can use the beach near the house (but the sunbeds are not free - 20 euro). The beach is stony, but there is not long but very clean and nice part with pebble. The sheets and towels we received clean. The assistant of the owner was communicable and tried to help with all our questions. Thanks Alisea.
Negative: There were very dirty yard when we arrived, we cleaned it by ourselves. The chairs outside were broken, so we needed to sit carefully. The surprise for me personally was that the yard is not only for this house but for three houses. They were separated by not high walls but you will not be in privacy. The worse thing that we were upset with - the private beach near the house works as restaurant and night club in the evening. The first two days when we were trying to have rest - we couldn’t till 2 AM because of such loud music, that I thought I was in the middle on the dance floor. If I wouldn’t be pregnant I would join them and dance )) But that happens not every day, during 14 days we had loud 3 evenings. We stayed two weeks and there was no cleaning, we did it by ourselves. Also no change of the towels and sheets. That id may be ok for houses, but the fact should be considered.
Summary: Generally I would stay in this house again with family or friends. It has more big '+' then '-'.
