Positive: Fridge was ok. Big, clean, it worked.

Negative: Unfortunately, the place doesn't not meet expectations at all. Everything is old and badly maintained. Doors and windows do not work properly. Mattresses are very very uncomfortable. Shower was with mold. They do not have enough towels or kitchen utensils. No pots, no water boiler and etc. Workers are constantly burning some grass and leaves there (sometimes plastic bags), you cannot open windows (the one that works). The place is close to the lake but they do not have own part of the beach. The closest piece has like super loud bar, piers with small ships, and a lot of jet skies, so I would not consider it the best part to just relax on the beach. From the European perspective - it is disaster, as Russian - we had such service 20 years ago. 75 Euro for a night for such experience is too much. Next time I better pay twice more but will go to the place that will meet my expectations.

Positive: We liked the location. It is just by the lake. It had a kitchen which we needed very much.

Negative: The facility is not very well maintained inside and outside. The hot water is not continuously running. Sometimes very hot and suddenly very cold. Does not look similar to the pictures. There was only one kitchen utensil. Housekeeping was not done throughout the day. Difficult to communicate with the staff. No one speaks English.

Summary: Does not meet expectations and not value for money.

Positive: It was very warm clean and comfortable. It is 30 seconds from the Lake Sevan with beautiful scenery.

Negative: It was quite difficult to find. Better signposting would be useful

Positive: If the weather would have been nicer, the cottages were close to the lake's beach in an camp park like setting.

Negative: The cottages are off the main road and a little difficult to find especially if you're not from the area and do not speak Armenian and/or Russian... and the road leading to them is now a broken up rocky path with loose menacing barking dogs. Also, the distance and dogs made us not even want to venture out to find a place to eat, so we didn't!
