Seven Springs Barn is a privately-owned luxury property located near the historic village of Dorset, Vermont. Constructed in 2018, the Barn is situated on 70 acres of woodland with two fresh water ponds and stunning views of the Green Mountains.
Dorset and the surrounding area are rich in both cultural and recreational activities. There is much to explore including local theater, art galleries & museums, antiques, outlet shopping, fine dining and a vast array of outdoor activities.
Our 2018 Barn has a contemporary, multi-level floor plan that is spacious yet inviting. The modern kitchen is outfitted with stainless-steel appliances, birch cabinets and beautiful stone countertops. The central focus of the main floor is the "great room”, accented by sealed pine floor boards, authentic post and beams, and gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with natural light. A cozy seating area (with a pull out queen bed), modernized bathroom and dining area round out the lower level. A terrace deck is a prime location for lazy afternoons or entertaining guests. The space saving spiral staircase leads to a loft-style master bedroom with king-sized bed and comfy seating area to relax and enjoy the spectacular views.

Summary: My husband and our dog just returned back from our trip to Dorset, VT. Our stay at the 7-springs property FAR exceeded our expectations. The photos don't do this property justice. We enjoyed hiking through the on-property trails and taking a dip in the pond. Everything within the cabin, is comfortable and ready for you to enjoy. Ron goes above and beyond for his guest, not one detail is missed in this home. Thank you, Ron for allowing us to stay. We will be back!

Summary: We had the best getaway at this rustic yet modern gem tucked away in the picturesque countryside and can't stop raving about our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm of the barn and the incredible view. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the well-appointed furnishings to the thoughtful decor that perfectly captured the essence of Vermont living. Ron, the caretaker goes above and beyond to make sure things are perfect both inside and outside on the property. He is exceptionally accommodating and friendly, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. We are already counting down the days until we can return to this charming barn!

Summary: A charming property where the host thought of everything one might need when away: snacks, coffee, extra towels, guide books. The place is fresh and new - beautiful bathroom, well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend it.

Summary: Enjoyed a relaxing, quiet getaway…all I heard were the sounds of nature and an occasional car driving by…The rental was clean, beautiful, well stocked kitchen and other helpful items such as bug spray, etc. We had great weather which allowed a lot of outdoor time near the ponds and a fire at night…clear skies and no moon meant amazing star gazing, could see the faint clouds of the Milky Way. There is a bigger main house and a cottage on the property; the owner was in/out at the cottage, let us have our privacy…if people had rented the main house it would have not been as quiet and peaceful, especially if having to share the pond areas and sounds carry easily there. Overall a wonderful stay and didn’t want to go home!

Summary: Everything about this place was top-notch. Ron was responsive and flexible. The barn is perfectly appointed and really lovely in every way. The bathroom and dressing room were great. Summary: We booked for just a long weekend to get away and relax the property was better than could be expected Ron the host came over to greet us and was very helpful. He was glad to provide any info we needed. I feel like o could have reached out anytime and he would have been happy to help out. The property was well cared for and everything you could need was there. We were able to walk in and just relax The views are great and the property is fantastic. We walked around and enjoy nature I can’t think of anything Ron could do to make this place any better. If your looking to relax this is a great choice and great value
