Positive: If you want to sleep well while traveling to Secunda, this is the place to go. Even under immense work pressure, I slept like a baby. It's probably because I felt so relaxed after sitting in a beautiful, mindfully grown private little garden that you also have right by your door. Work felt like vacation, thank you!
