Negative: The out side could have been better maintained, at least at our unit. The restaurant we ate at seemed to be just getting bye, as they did not have the wine as listed on their menu and the pizza was good flavor but minimal amount of chicken on it.
Summary: Just OK, a longer drive to town than what I thought.

Negative: The market. Very rude people that work there. They wouldn't brew coffee when asked for some. They opened at 8 in the morning and wouldn't unlock the door we were waiting at. Four of them were in there and ignored us. Very disappointing.

Negative: sofa bed was uncomfortable. kitchen faucet was broken. Refrigerator was too small, the listing showed a full size frig.
Summary: We had a good time and would stay at 7th mountain again

Positive: The king sized bed in the one bedroom unit was comfortable and had nice bedding. The pull out couch also had adequate bedding. Although it was a walk through bathroom, this worked well without any problems for one adult and 2 teenagers. In the kitchenette there was a long bar area with 4 very comfortable bar stools. There were also adequate dishes and cooking tool supplied. There was a small table and 2 chairs available on the deck for seating.
Negative: There was no seating in the living room area once the couch was made into a bed. The bar stools were available but an additional 2 chairs might have been nice.
Summary: Clean and Comfortable one Bedroom Unit, Nicely Furnished

Positive: Did not have breakfast. When I asked the concierge what was complimentary and if food was complimentary he said the pool , sauna, were complimentary. Did not know breakfast was included or i would've taken my 4 kids down to have breakfast.
Negative: I guess it would be the fact that we missed out on breakfast if it was complimentary. Kind of disappoints me if this is the case.
Summary: One thing I really enjoyed was the cleanliness of the property. My family and I really enjoyed this.

Negative: such a big amount was withheld from the deposit. on the first day of stay the heating stopped working in the living room, they promised to fix the heating for me, but they never did, the small heater that was given to me after asking to fix it was not enough, and my whole family had to sleep on one bed in the bedroom, I don't think that's what I wanted to get on vacation. The key to the apartment did not work, and every time I had to call and send a message to change the key, while we with the jacuzzi, which was very far from our room, with the children are waiting for them to bring us the key, and the last time we were told to come and warm up in the lobby. the promised gift card for the inconvenience was not given.

Positive: Great location, very clean and so much to do. Still mind blowing that the hot tubs and pools are heated and open during the winter.
Negative: Property was great. My only complaint was it didn’t snow while we were there. But not really anything the resort could do about that.
