Sheltered in a spotted gum forrest, overlooking Tranquil Bay, our home is the perfect place to unwind.
Built over three levels it includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room to seat 8 and lounge room with pool table and fireplace.
Architecturally designed to sit comfortably in its environment, it relies on a wood fire for heating and cross breezes for cooling.
A large deck perched among the gums offers water views and access to a beach track.

Lounge - seating for 6-7 pool table, tv, DVD player, combustion heater, raked ceilings, sliding doors opening onto deck.

Bathroom 2 - bath, shower and toilet
OUTSIDE
Two carports - Parking space for 3 cars (2 covered). Additional street parking available 50 metres from the house.
Bath towels and bed linen provided. Guests to supply their own beach towels.
