This vacation rental has three bedrooms, a master bedroom with king size bed and bath located upstairs with a hot tub out by the pool and two bedrooms on the main floor that share a bath. The kitchen appliances include dishwasher and washer and dryer. The Outside is the REAL oasis, a 20×40 inground pool with covered deck and sun deck as well, flat screen TV and a half bath, gazebo, full outdoor kitchen, pool table and a large natural gas firepit with lots of seating.
The space
This home is unique to this area. The outside area is set up with a basketball goal poolside as well a pool table on the portion of the deck that is covered. Rainy days aren't a problem here. The house also has a whole generator that comes on automatically any time there is a power outage. There is no need for ice, an electric cooler is located poolside for all of your beverage needs.
Guest access
There is a catch and release small fishing pond across the street that guests have access to. Please don't bother the ducks.

Summary: The pool area, outdoor kitchen, and gas fire pit are amazing! The house was nice and clean. The bunk bed is squeaky and probably should be addressed. Sherry was accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a nice relaxing vacation here and will definitely come back.

Summary: We had an amazing time at the home!! Everything we needed was provided no need to pack the house up to stay!! Plenty of space for family to come visit and stay. Only a couple issues which wasn't horrible issues. The mattresses were much harder then we preferred and no pool balls for the pool table could be found. All in all this property is a great place and so peaceful. We loved getting visits from the neighborhood furbabies❤. Thank you for allowing us to stay and we plan to definitely reserve again in the future.

Summary: I stayed here with some friends for a rafting weekend and it was the perfect place for us! The pool area was amazing, we spent most of our time there, swimming and using the outdoor grill. The house had plenty of room to comfortably sleep all 10 of us, and the location was great, only a short drive to restaurants in town.

Summary: We spent almost all of our time in the beautiful front yard setup. We used practically everything they offered, pool, drink fridge, firepit, outdoor kitchen. It was beautiful. The location was excellent. Just 6 minutes from great food and nightlife and 15 minutes for a beautiful hike. We went to summersville lake one day to spend a day on the water which was 30 minutes away. Everyone really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We had such a wonderful time at this home. Check-in was contactless and easy. The home was comfortable and located in a quiet and private location. The real star of the trip was the pool area. It was clean and well-kept. The covered entertainment area was awesome. The kids LOVED it. We hope to make this an annual trip.

Summary: This house met all of my family of 5’s needs. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing after long days out hiking. Location was a bit hidden, but still convenient for going to the NP. Sherry was very quick to respond when there was an issue with the water heater and the problem was quickly resolved. I hope to stay here again as my family is insisting on a return trip for rafting.

Summary: Super adorable property! Clean and cozy. The pool area was phenomenal. The only thing I wished was that the hot tub was by the pool! Great location, as we went white water rafting at ACE.

Summary: My family (including 2 kids 6&8 years old) enjoyed the property. Pool/outdoor grill area were perfect!!!! However the house needed some work. For future reference 2 of the 3 bedrooms don’t have doors, the 3rd bedroom door was so squeaky it wasn’t even worth shutting. Some windows didn’t have blinds which was bothersome at times because of glare/etc. Cable was upstairs, but only their personal Netflix account with people signed in and no ability to be a “guest” downstairs, no nightlights and downstairs rooms were very dark at night and since the house has several “steps” I feel like nightlights would have been very useful. We were told the house had items for us to use and it did, sorta. Stuff to wash clothes, use dishwasher, beach towels, bed stuff and shower towels, as for Kitchen......knives need replaced, they are broken/chipped, cabinets need cleaned very dirty inside, fridge needs to be cleaned it was dirty when we arrived. Maybe add some bowls/Tupperware to put stuff in when cooking and since there is no glass in the pool area maybe supply some Plastic cups, plates, bowls. Pool table would have been awesome had we known it was $0.25 a game. Also it would have been nice to know there were dogs on the premises because I was told this was not a pet friendly house. Maybe put address’s on houses surrounding the rental. Honestly if it wasnt for the pool this definitely would not be worth the price we paid a night. Also make sure you know the correct address. The address VRBO gives you is incorrect (Shady Hill Lane is wrong), however the diesel mechanics shop that the wrong address leads you to is really nice (per them we were not the first group of people to have the wrong address....ha ha).
