Summary: This is a lovely hotel. I was made welcome and parking was fine (which can be important). I was given a double room even though I had booked a single, which was a nice touch. Walkable to the centre and lots to see. I visited the Discovery centre and Verdant works. Ran out of time for the V & A museum. I was pleasantly surprised with Dundee and would go back.

Summary: Excellent room, spacious and light, with lovely bedding. Huge breakfasts cooked to order. A few minutes walk from choice of buses into Dundee centre and good places to eat nearby. Only gripe was cleanliness - the shower tiles needed a serious scrub and behind the bedhead hasn't seen attention in a long time. Otherwise 5 stars all round

Summary: Lovely big room with welcome snacks much appreciated. Breakfast very good and overall it is a clean, warm place to spend a night.

Summary: Stayed here a couple of times and staying again in july... Pleasant owners.. Rooms comfortable tho a bit dated but expected for an older building... more than meet your requirments... Great sleep and plenty hot water and last but not least a great breakfast... Adding that, it's a 10/15 min walk into the centre and you can park your car in the street right in front of the hotel

Summary: Hotel a bit dated.. but very clean and well maintained. Breakfast included was incredible. all staff very friendly and helpful

Summary: Very helpful people, I got in earlier than the official check-in after a challenging journey and was glad to lay down. A small carton of Pringles were provided with the tea and coffee, a sign of very civilised people, I'm sure.
