Summary: Hotel is old but rooms are clean and quiet with new split system aircons and the usual appliances. You will get a good night's sleep here if you don't want any noise disturbing you. Location very convenient being in the Mackay CBD. Staff allowed us to use the reception freezer to keep an ice pack cold for my daughter's medication. Thank you!

Summary: I made an error with the booking. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and rectifying it. The room was clean and facilities, whereas what you would expect for the price range. I would stay here again.

Summary: Bathroom door rattled all night. The shower curtain was wayyy too long and was getting in the way when cleaning. Tried to hang shirts in closet but was full of pillows,ironing board and iron etc. place was clean and well presented otherwise.

Summary: The staff are friendly, and will go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are immaculate, with icy cold aircon and hot showers. The pool onsite is an added bonus. Will definitely be back one day.

Summary: Clean, large, one bedroom apartment. A bit dated but comfy and great value. Checked in late, but Management were more than helpful. Would stay here again.
