Positive: The location was prefect once I found the property. Owner was exceptionally helpful with this and provided detailed instructions and was there to meet me on arrival.
Negative: Whilst spotless in every detail, there was a lingering smell of pets? That was the only disappointment with my stay.

Positive: The place is like an Airbnb home. We did a last-minute booking and the owner was super friendly and helpful! They accept late self-checkins and the instructions were very clear. Everything is hotel level and 100% worths the price.

Positive: The location is great base for exploring if you have a car. The train line is next to the property but this was not an issue as only a very few trains go by. The annex is cosy but comfortable. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The annex is supplied with bottled water, tea coffee milk a fridge, plates and cups. There are no cooking facilities but there are places nearby by car. Big fluffy towels are supplied. Beds were also really comfy.
Negative: After reading previous reviews it was sad to see some of the tiredness of the property had not been addressed. There is a smell of damp when you go in but opening the windows it soon dissipates. One shower was not working, we contacted the owner by text and did not get a response. After 8hrs we contacted him again and he advised it was working and we had not pulled the cord. This annoyed us as my partner is a plumber! There was no electric so the switch must have tripped which is in their property. With a little effort this place could be improved to being a really lovely wee gem. Was not worth the money we paid. :-(

Positive: Great location, sea View and just minute of the NC500. 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms for 2 bikers after all day in a seat is more then great. Well equipped.
Negative: Just train track next the house, but heard train twice only.
