Positive: The cabins are in a remote area outside of town, you hear nothing but the sounds of nature and the views are beautiful. The place has only 3 cabins, so you really have peace and quiet. The cabins are very big, it has a huge living room, a big kitchen with all utilities you may need. It has a big verandah overlooking the empty land ahead. The lodge has a small restaurant and bar where you can get simple food and some drinks. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We only stayed for 1 night, but it was a great experience and I'd def. Book again
Negative: The misadvantage of staying in the cabins is that it's quite distant of town. The taxi drivers aren't thrilled to drive you there because of the distance and the bad road. So they will push the price up. It wasn't any issue for us, we knew what we booked and we planned ourselves accordingly. But its something to consider when you want to stay here.
Summary: Amazing getaway close to nature

Positive: Shamba Lodge provided us with an unforgettable experience, thanks to its serene ambiance and captivating sundown. Nestled in a peaceful natural setting, the lodge allowed us to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. The lodge's accommodations were both comfortable and thoughtfully designed, enhancing our connection with nature. However, the real star of our stay was the spectacular sundown. The sky transformed into a mesmerizing canvas of colors, creating a truly magical atmosphere. The attentive staff and the serene environment made dining at Shamba Lodge a delightful experience. For those in search of a tranquil retreat with breathtaking sundowns, Shamba Lodge is the perfect choice. Our stay left us with cherished memories, and we eagerly anticipate our next visit.
Negative: The bathroom door faces the kitchen window which is uncurtained.
