Here at Lio's Retreat in Shamrock Bay Resort, you'll find a modular home that's as comfortable as it is peaceful. We are nestled next to the forest with aprivate entry. The three bedrooms are made up of a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, and the other two rooms have single bunk beds. Up to 4 adults (those aged 16 and over) are allowed out of a total of 6 guests ( this is a resort rule, so please do not ask if we can change this). Complete cooking facilities (full size fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle and toaster). There is central heating and air conditioning, high speed wifi, a television (with Chromecast), a radio, a CD player, and a Bluetooth speaker. Large deck with patio furniture, Weber grill, Muskoka chairs, and fire pit for nighttime relaxation.
The resort's two heated outdoor salt-water pools and multipurpose court are located a short distance away. There includes a snack bar, a spacious deck overlooking the canaland free WiFi. Guests may also enjoy thesemi-private beach.
Severn Bridge is conveniently accessible to the attractions of both Gravenhurst and Orillia.

Summary: I am new to booking on Vrbo and ran into to scheduling issues right off the bat. However, Nikki was able to guide me through the process instantly, ensuring that I was able to book on the correct days. The directions provided to the camp ground were on point and it was very easy to locate. The location was as described and was a perfect fit for what my family and I required. It was nice a nice, quiet area where all other guests were friendly and respectful. The cottage featured an awesome BBQ with outdoor seating and it’s own fireplace, which was perfect for the evenings. The inside of the cottage was cozy but exactly what we needed as a family. It worked perfect for what we needed. During our stay we did not locate the beach, however my daughter was more then preoccupied with the park and pool. The location in the Muskoka area was very convenient to all amenities, groceries, LCBO, Muskoka brewery and Downtown Bracebridge. I may be heading back to the area in October and would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Such a wonderful spot for relaxation! Property was just as it looks in pics—very clean. Kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with any items we might need and there was plenty of firewood for us to use when we arrived. Nikki is a very responsive and gracious host. Highly recommend this property!

Summary: Communication w the host was easy, friendly, and they were always happy to help. Cottage was clean, welcoming and cozy. Every amenity was provided and was new and clean. Situation towards the forest was rustic and allowed privacy. The deck was spacious and relaxing. The walk to the pool was a little far with our kids, but it was a small price to pay because everything about the cottage was perfect. I'd rather have the quiet and tranquility of this cottage than be closer to the busy pool and playground. We loved our week long stay and will be back for sure with this host!!

Summary: Spent a week here and was pleasantly surprised. The cabin was very clean, well organized and had everything you would need for a short or long stay. The neighbours were quiet and respectful. It has a nice pool and basketball/ tennis court in the resort and is kid friendly. Would highly recommend.
